Mandi Branch

Project and Schedule Manager (aka Technician Wrangler)

Mandi is the Project and Schedule Manager, but also the wrangler of technicians for HERO. She has been in customer service more years than she can count and has a passion for all the little things. You can find her any day handling the ins and outs of making sure the technicians are giving their very best and she loves getting to know the customers. She has two teenage boys who are both talented musicians, a partner who is a SRO with Gwinnett County Schools and a spoiled pup Grace. Mandi is back in college, but when not studying or attending functions for the teenagers, she loves to bake, read, play tennis and watch college football.

Jennifer Hall

Accounting and Administrative Specialist

Jennifer was born in Pineville, NC, but she has lived in Gwinnett County, GA for most of her life. She comes from a large family with 3 siblings and a bonus sister (in-law), all of whom she is very close with. She currently lives in Suwanee with her dog, Harold. She loves to read, take Harold on walks, and spend time with her 4-year-old nephew, Charlie. Jennifer has found her home here at HERO as the keeper of the numbers, managing all things accounting and finance.

Jason Parker

Field Technician

Jason has been with HERO since 2020. He is a graduate of Ultimate Technical Academy in Sherwood, Arkansas. He also recently received his NATE Certification, is EPA608 and Dust Free Clear air quality certified. Fun fact about Jason is while he is left handed he plays the guitar right handed. He also enjoys being outside and using his smoker!

Madison Nichols

Field Technician

Madison is a Georgia native, with a degree in Drafting Technology and a Certificate in Residential HVAC. He is also EPA certified and working toward his NATE certification. When not working he spends his time at home working on projects or his hobbies. Madison love spending his time playing video games or playing tabletop war games like Battletech.
